Dietary recommendations while taking Candida Clear: Foods to avoid: sugary foods, foods high in simple carbohydrates, alcohol, starchy foods, high-glycemic fruits, fermented foods, mushrooms, vinegar, foods high in gluten, foods that contain yeast and mold, cheese, and most other dairy products. Foods to eat: vegetables, foods high in protein, meats, plain yogurt, nuts (almonds), berries (strawberries, raspberries), grains low in gluten (quinoa, chia, flax), and green foods.
