Suggested use: Pump Fuel Insanity is a high-stimulant pre-workout formula! Mix 1 scoop of Pump Fuel Insanity with 16 - 20fl. oz of cold water (adjust to desired taste) and consume 30 - 40 minutes prior to workout.
