Syntol is a combination of probiotics, prebiotics, and enzymes formulated to support the normal cleansing process of the digestive tract. Suggested use: take Syntol with 8 oz of water on an empty stomach. Start with 1-2 capsules per day and increase by 1-2 per day until you reach your desired amount.
