It is important to take care of yourself and your baby, and taking Pregnancy Care Probiotic during your pregnancy and while nursing helps ensure you maintain favorable gut and vaginal microbiota.

Suggested use: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. For cesarean section delivery women: preferably start at least a week prior to delivery and continue for 10 days after delivery. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic(s).

Store at room temperature (do not exceed 71 degrees F). For ultimate stability, keep refrigerated.

Caution: As with any dietary supplement, consult a physician if taking prescription medications or if you have a medical condition.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Tamper evident: do not use if foil blister pack is broken.
