Iaso NRG should be taken daily on an empty stomach. Take one to two capsules with twenty-four ounces of water. Allow ninety minutes before digestion of breakfast or lunch.

Magnesium (Aquamin, Carbonate) Required for energy production and contributes to the structural development of bone, adults who consume less than the recommended amount of magnesium are more likely to have elevated inflammation markers. Choline Bitartrate Choline is combined with a chemical salt (bitartrate) to help its absorption by the body.
