Milk thistle (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) has been in common medicinal use since the Middle Ages in Europe. Silymarin is a combination of three potent flavonoids (silybin, silydianin and silychristin). This extract is standardized at 80% silymarin.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule twice daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
