Wonder Labs Mexican Yam Root Extract is both concentrated and standardized to contain the highest quality, most potent form of Mexican Yam Root Extract containing Diosgenin, a DHEA precursor. Diosegnin may act in a way similar to soy isoflavones - as phytoestrogens in the relief of menopausal symptoms. Adrenal Concentrate is added to the formula to enhance the bioavailability of this important herb.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule twice daily.
