Recommended use: Adults. Take 1 to 2 capsules in the morning, and 1 to 2 capsules at the end of the morning or in the mid-afternoon.

Warning: Do not use after 5 pm. High in caffeine. Do not use (or reduce the recommended dose) in case of hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to mthylxanthines.
