Directions: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily with food. To avoid an upset stomach do not take more than 1 capsule in a 2 hour period.

Discontinue use and immediately consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
