Suggested use: Adults: take one (1) capsule daily with a glass of water as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your physician. Do not exceed recommended dose. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. If stomach upset occurs, take with food or following a meal.

Avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours before or after you take this product, especially an antibiotic, antacid or thyroid medication. This product can make it harder for you to absorb certain drugs.

Warning: Accidental overdose of iron containing supplements is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately.
