Suggested Use: Adults: Take one (1) capsule daily with a glass of water as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your physician. Do not exceed recommended dose. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. If stomach upset occurs, take with food or following a meal. Avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours before or after you take this product, especially an antibiotic, antacid or thyroid medication.
