The Echinacea angustifolia (Echinacea angustifolia DC.) root and rhizome contain glycosides (especially echinacoside), polysaccharides (echinacin B, inulin), isobutylamides (echin-acein), and many other valuable compounds. This extract is standardized at 4% echinacosides.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule, 1 to 4 times daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. For maintenance purposes, use periodically for a few weeks at a time. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
