Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for use: Take 2 caffeine-free tablets twice daily, 30-45 minutes before your two largest meals. Do not exceed 4 tablets daily. This product is to be used in conjunction with TLS Weight Loss Solution.
