Dosage and Administration: Centurion Defender BT+ is a dietary supplement designed to help promote healthy blood flow, cardiovascular function, and immune health.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Take 2 capsules daily with 8oz of water on an empty stomach, one-hour before or two-hours after a meal, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician. First time user may benefit from starting with one capsule per day for 1 week prior to moving to the full dose.

Use under medical supervision if taking anticoagulant drugs. Consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any prescription medications.
