Boswellia Serrata is a gum resin extracted from a tree. It has been used in Ayuvedic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to support joint health. The active ingredient in Boswellia is Boswellic Acid, our Boswellia Extract is standardized to 65% Boswellic Acid providing 650 mg Boswellic Acid per serving.
Suggested Use: To support joint health we recommend taking 2 capsules (1,000mg) per day with or without food. It is not recommended to exceed 4 capsules per day.
