Biotin is a water soluble vitamin required by our bodies to maintain healthy hair and skin. Its involvement as a coenzyme in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism also supports our metabolic processes that burn fuel and product energy, as well as supporting normal functioning of the nervous system.

Suggested Use: 1 tablet daily. Place in mouth, allow tablet to dissolve, and swallow.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Caution: High doses of biotin may interfere with certain laboratory tests. Before undergoing laboratory testing, discontinue use for at least one week and inform your health care professional.
