Recommended use: As an adult dietary supplement take 1/4 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus are found in normal healthy intestinal flora and help rebuild and/or maintain a desirable balance between the various intestinal microorganisms.
