Directions: Sip serving slowly during your workout. Alternatively take post-workout or on off-days to increase BCAA intake as desired. Use the included serving scoop to mix serving as follows (note - scoop may settle to the bottom of tub during transit): Regular serving (for regular training sessions): Take 11 g (one level scoop) mixed with 300 ml of water once per day. Xtreme serving (for extra intense training sessions): Take 22 g (two level scoops) mixed with 600 ml of water once per day.
