Vitamin B5, also known as Pantothenic Acid, is an essential nutrient that plays a key role in the synthesis and metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. It is a water-soluble vitamin which means it needs to be consumed regularly as it is not stored in the body. Vitamin B5 is involved in the production of coenzyme A, which is vital for many biochemical reactions.

Directions: Sip serving slowly during your workout. Alternatively take post-workout or on off-days to increase BCAA intake as desired. Use the included serving scoop to mix serving as follows (note - scoop may settle to the bottom of tub during transit): Regular serving (for regular training sessions): Take 11 g (one level scoop) mixed with 300 ml of water once per day. Xtreme serving (for extra intense training sessions): Take 22 g (two level scoops) mixed with 600 ml of water once per day.
