DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops with 8-16 ounces of water and consume 15-30 minutes before workout on an empty stomach. On rest days, consume half the dosage of workout days to maintain anabolic levels. It is highly recommended to assess individual tolerance over several days before consuming the maximum dosage. DO NOT exceed more than 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.
