Discussion: AHCC is an extracted compound derived from Shiitake mushroom. The active ingredients of AHCC include alpha and beta glucans and polysaccharides of low molecular weight (5 kDaltons) for optimal bioavailability and immune support.

Directions: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily preferably without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
