SUGGESTED USAGE: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For intensve use, take up to 4 capsules 3 times daily under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

HOW IT WORKS: AHCC(R), Active Hexose Correlated Compound, is a unique extract produced by cultivation and natural enzymatic modification of the mycelia of the Basidiomycota group of mushrooms. Clinical studies have demonstrated that AHCC(R) may help to support a healthy and balanced immune system response, as well as to maintain healthy cell cycle function.* In addition to its potent free radical scavenging properties, AHCC(R) has been shown to promote proper liver function.*

CAUTIONS/INTERACTIONS: At doses exceeding the recommended daily serving, AHCC(R) has been associated with mild, transient GI disturbances.

In vitro data suggest that AHCC(R) is an inducer of CYP450 2D6 and therefore may theoretically interact with drugs such as doxorubicin, ondansetron, tamoxifen, etc.
