* Directions: Take one or two softgel caps daily with meals, particularly on days that cold-water fish is not included in diet.

* Description: ZoOmega-3 is a special concentrate from cold-water fish, 300 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 200 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in each 1000 mg capsule (almost twice the amount of EPA and DHA found in most fish oil products).
