Yoga for total balance Lie flat on your back. Inhale as you bring the right knee to the chest and left arm overhead to the ground. Exhale and return to the starting position. Switch legs and arms. Continue this alternating movement for 1 to 3 minutes while taking deep, powerful breaths. Keep the energy flowing from the inside out. Our story began in 1969 when Yogi Bhajan, an inspirational teacher of holistic living, started teaching yoga in the west.
