Directions: Shake Well. Adults and children over the age of 12, take 2 teaspoons daily (1000 IU) and children ages 4 to 12 take 1 teaspoon (500 IU) daily, or as directed by your health professional. May be taken with or without food. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.

May be taken directly or mixed in water or juice. Wash dosage cup after each use.

Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated after opening for added freshness.
