Vitalyze

Vitalyze helps promote alertness, elevates healthy mood, and supports concentration and reaction time during exercise. It also supports both the body's normal stress response and physical work capacity.

Suggested Use: Take 1-3 capsules per day in the morning and/or afternoon, preferably after a light meal, 30 minutes before aerobic exercise or weight training. Wait 8 hours between servings and do not consume more than two servings per 24-hour period. It is not recommended for use in the late evening as it may cause sleep disturbance.
