Vitalyze promotes alertness, elevates mood, and supports concentration and reaction time during exercise. Vitalyze also supports both the body's normal stress response and physical work capacity. Finally, vitalyze contains copper which may support connective tissue, ligaments and tendons.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Take 1-3 capsules per day in the morning and/or afternoon, preferably after a light meal. Vitalyze is recommended to be taken 30 minutes before aerobic exercise or weight training. Wait 8 hours in between servings and do not consume more than two servings per 24-hour period.
