Do not exceed the recommended serving. Exceeding the recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. Discontinue use and call a physician or qualified healthcare professional immediately if you experience chest pain, sever headache, shortness of breath, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, or other similar symptoms.

Use no longer than 12-weeks continuously followed by a 2-week break.

Discontinue use 2-weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if inner seal is broken or missing. Use only as directed.

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-scoop once daily on an empty stomach 20-minutes before physical activity and/or meal using 8-12oz of water. To assess tolerance start with 1/2-scoop per serving for the first 3-days of use, gradually increasing dosage thereafter until the desired effect is achieved. Do not exceed more than 1-scoop in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 6-hours of bedtime to avoid sleeplessness. For product consistency, shake container before each use.
