Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 scoop in 8-12 oz. of water, 30 minutes before activity. Never consume more than 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Read warning and only use as directed.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath.
