Directions: Antacid: Chew 2-3 tablets as symptoms occur. Repeat hourly if symptoms return, or as directed by a physician.
Store at room temperature.
Calcium supplement: Chew 2 tablets twice daily.

Drug Interaction Precautions: Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are presently taking a prescription drug. Antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs.
Warnings: Do not take more than 7 tablets in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage of this product for more than two weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a physician. If symptoms persist for two weeks, stop using this product and see a physician.

Important Information On Osteoporosis: Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough Calcium helps teen and young adult white and Asian women maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate Calcium intake is important, but daily intakes above 2,000 mg are not likely to provide additional benefit.
