Turmeric (Curcumin) is well-known as the pungent spice so prevalent in Asian cuisine, particularly, Indian curry. Following decades of research, scientists now recognize this unique spice as possessing extensive, wide-ranging health benefits. Turmeric’s (Curcumin’s) soothing role in joint health has been long established, as has its central role in any liver cleanse or digestive detoxification program. More recently, Turmeric (Curcumin) has been acknowledged for the protection it offers to delicate brain tissues, along with other fragile body structures.
