SUGGESTIONS: - Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach. - Increase by one tablet each evening until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day - Maintain that dosage until loose stool develops - When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet - Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops - Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day.
