Magnesium Chloride Magnesium is a liquid form, as magnesium chloride.

Suggested use Dilute prior to ingestion. As a dietary supplement, 1/2 teaspoon diluted in with ounces of your favorite beverage, two to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
