Senna leaves is widely known for its laxative properties. It supports regularity and relief from occasional constipation. It helps tone and restore the digestive system through cleansing. Senna contains glycosides which help smoothen the muscles as the digested food moves through the intestine thus working as a laxative. It is considered to have laxative properties. Considered to be useful in indigestion & disturbed digestive system. Considered to help in healthy digestion.

Dosage: Take 1-2 gms powder at bedtime or as advised by the physician.
