Directions: Take one or more capsules on an empty stomach with 8 Fl Oz of water. Start with 1 capsule a day and gradually increase your dosage (e.g. 2 on day 2, 3 on day 3, etc...) until you have 2 to 4 bowel movements per day. If you use more than 4 capsules it is best to divide the extra capsules between morning and evening (e.g. 4 and 1, 4 and 2, etc...).
