Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens [W. Bartram] Small; syn. Serenoa serrulata) contains a complex oil (capric, caprylic, caproic, lauric, palmitic and oleic acid and their ethyl esters), phytosterols (betasitosterol, stigmasterol, cycloartenol, lupeol, lupenone and 24-methyl-cycloartenol), volatile oil, resin and tannins. This extract is standardized at 30% fatty acids.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule twice daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
