Vitamin C contributes to normal immune system function. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, skin and blood vessels. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

DIRECTIONS: Take 1-3 tablets a day, with meals, or as your health professional advises. A daily multivitamin is also recommended. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
