A nettlelike leaf from Rooibos was discovered by scientists to contain the highest antioxidant Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD) of anything found in the world. Besides being loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and chlorophyll, many university studies have been completed showing values in cholesterol reduction.
Preparation: To preserve the SOD, do not boil. Can be heated if preferred. Best when one tea bag is placed in 1/2 gallon of water overnight. Also, can follow sun tea procedure. Can be sweetened with your favorite sweetener.
Excellent with Stevia, Xylitol, honey or Agave nector.
