Sleep support: Passionflower is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve tension, restlessness, irritability and encourage restful sleep. Nervous tension relief: Hops is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervous tension and assist relaxation to encourage a restful sleep. Mild symptoms of mental stress: Lemon Balm is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help provide support during mental stress and assist sleep. Heavy muscle function: Magnesium supports muscle relaxation by binding to receptor sites normally reserved for calcium, which is the mineral that causes muscles to contract.

Recommended use: Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
