Discussion: Rhodiola and Ashwagandha are adaptogenic herbs that promote the body’s natural ability to react favorably to stress. Supports cognitive function through the maintenance of healthy mental focus and attention span, and supports mental stamina.

Directions: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not take immediately before bedtime. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients.

Warning: Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
