Red Yeast Rice

Our red yeast rice is made according to traditional methods.

Its benefits are recommended for adult men and postmenopausal women who are interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and for whom their physicians have determined that dietary supplementation is appropriate as part of a program for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels.

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules 2 times per day (morning and evening) with water at mealtimes. Do not take more than 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Immediately discontinue use if you experience any unexplained muscle pain or tenderness, especially if accompanied by flu-like symptoms.
