Dr.bo Psyllium Husk is a source of plant fiber that's beneficial in cleansing the colon and supporting regular bowel movements, digestion & intestinal health.

Suggested use Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily with 8 ounces of water, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
