Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving in 8-10 oz. of water once daily, 30 minutes before activity. Never consume more than one 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Read warning and only use as directed.

Consult your physician prior to use if you have a psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate, or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. This product contains caffeine.
