Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day.

NOW Probiotic Defense combines 13 active bacterial strains formulated to support gastrointestinal health and immune system function. FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide) is also included in this product to assist healthy growth of Acidophilus and Bifidus organisms.
