Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule twice daily. Take one (1) capsule before the first meal or the day and one (1) capsule six (6) hours later. Must only be taken orally.

Store in a dry place at room temperature (59(0)F-86(0)F).

Do not use this product if printed inner seal under cap is missing or broken.

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing. Consult a physician or licensed qualified healthcare professional before using this product, including, but not limited to, if you have, or have a family history of, prostate cancer, prostate enlargement, heart disease, low "good" cholesterol (HDL), or if you are using any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the-counter drug.
