Description Nutritional Info Recommended Use

Mix one level scoop or packet into 8-10 fl. oz of water. Shake or stir thoroughly and drink. Consume on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before exercise or at bedtime. This product may be used with other GPS products.

Caution: As with all high-arginine products, consult with your health care provider before using this product if you have recently had a heart attack, have kidney disease, liver disease, have an active or latent herpes infection, or are pregnant or nursing. Consumption of large amounts of arginine may cause diarrhea.
