Polypodium leucotomos extract 1000 mg per day

Directions: Adults. Take one to two capsules daily in the morning 30 minutes prior sun exposure.

Each vegetarian capsule contains 500 mg of Polypodium leucotomos leaf extract.

Precautions: You should still use topical suncreams when exposed to the sun. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a nutritional supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
