doTERRA Women Phytoestrogen Essential Complex features genistein, a mild phytoestrogen that binds with estrogen receptors in cells, and the natural phytoestrogens in pomegranate that help balance estrogens naturally in the body. It also includes a concentrated extract of flax seed lignans to help manage potentially harmful metabolites that are produced when estrogens are metabolized in the liver.

Directions for use: Pre- and peri-menopausal women take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily with food. Post-menopausal women take two (2) capsules daily with food.

Note: Pregnant or nursing women and people with known medical conditions should consult with a physician prior to taking supplements.
