It also includes a concentrated extract of flax seed lignans to help manage potentially harmful metabolites that are produced when estrogens are metabolized in the liver.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for use: Pre- and peri-menopausal women take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily with food. Post-menopausal women take two (2) capsules daily with food.
