Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach before breakfast for the first three (3) days. An additional 1 capsule six to eight hours later on an empty stomach may be taken starting on day 4. Once the above steps have been taken, an additional capsule may be added to the morning dose. Under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or the warnings on this bottle be ignored.
