Directions: Dissolve one teaspoon (scooper) (2.5 g) into an 8 oz glass of water or a smoothie. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended daily on a empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal)
