Suggested Use As a dietary supplement, 1/8 teaspoon (approx. 275 mg), one to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. The entire contents of the 6-gram bottle can be mixed into one quart of tepid water. The resulting solution (approx. 95 mg per tablespoon) is stable if refrigerated. 1 or 2 tablespoons of this liquid may be taken one to five times per day between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use.
